My approach integrates relationship-based practices, play as a central tool for learning, and evidence-based behavior support. I draw from my background in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, and Education, along with my ongoing BCBA training, to ensure each interaction promotes growth, confidence, and emotional well-being.

About Me
Hello, my name is Laura, and I am the owner of Omni Family Childcare here in San Francisco. I have years of experience supporting young children and meeting them right at their level. I believe every child learns in their own way, and my goal is always to empower them, help them feel confident, and create a calm space where they can grow at their own pace. I build strong relationships with each child so they feel safe, understood, and supported every day.
My work is guided by my education and training. I hold a B.A. in Psychology, an A.S. in Early Childhood Education, and a Master’s in Education. I am also currently working toward my BCBA certification, which helps me understand behavior deeply and support children in a positive, developmentally appropriate way. I am committed to partnering with families, sharing resources, and creating a program that feels warm, responsive, and truly individualized. Caring for children is my passion, and Omni Family Childcare is a place where that passion comes to life.
